While the Freeze Index (FI) has emerged as a promising biomarker to quantify and monitor FOG episodes, the field has long struggled with one critical issue: lack of standardization.<br \/>\nDespite growing interest from clinicians, researchers, and companies alike, existing studies use inconsistent, and often mathematically imprecise, methods to calculate FI.
